"The Other Side of the Forest" is an album of film music by Jowe Head, commissioned by director Grant McPhee for his recent feature film of the same name. It features singing by lead actor Lori Stott. Released on the Glass Modern record label.

"Daga Daga Daga" is an album of experimental music, recorded by Jowe Head with his Swell Maps colleague Epic Soundtracks in 1981, finally completed in 2023 and released on Glass Modern record label. It features a remix of the single "Rain Rain Rain", featuring torch-singer Carmel.
Kandide: "Big Fish" / "Ana Blume" (Old Bad Habits 7 inch single) This is a limited edition of 300 hand numbered copies, on turquoise color, with an insert and a sticker. All paintings and works of art were made by Stephen John Bird (Jowe Head).
Both songs are improvisations. Big Fish was written by Jowe Head, and Anna Blume is based on a poem of Kurt Schwitters died on 1948. Both tracks were recorded and mixed by Dave Morgan.

It is by far one of the most important releases published on vinyl from a Greek independent-alternative label, and we like to thank, from the depths of our hearts, all the members of the band.
Jowe Head & Fleeting Glimpses: "Rotten Wood" / "Pablo Picasso" (Old Bad Habits 7 inch single) This is the 1st release of Jowe Head's new project called "Jowe Head and Fleeting Glimpses". The other members of the band are John Howard (drums) and Martha Hamilton (bass), from the Washington DC based, avant-garde rock improvisation band the Plums. They are aiming to get a whole album finished to release next year. Our single will include two songs, Rotten Wood written by Jowe and Pablo Picasso, a version of a Jonathan Richman song, with extra lyrics by Jowe, about the Guernica massacre of civilians in the Spanish civil war. The 7" includes a sticker, a round 4cm pin for the first 200 copies, and an insert with a Jowe's extra work of art, and 4 little works of art in total. Eye artwork was made by John and Martha's daughter Campbell.

Infernal Contraption are Jowe Head's current band, featuring Lee McFadden, Cos Chapman, Ravi Low-Beer and Catherine Gerbrands. This is a 7 inch single, on blue vinyl, released by the Greek label Old Bad Habits in a hand-numbered edition of 200 copies.
“Screeches” is a new solo album from Jowe Head, featuring a blend of experimental material and conventional songs. These tracks were recorded over a period of six years: 2015-2020. This album is released on vinyl LP by the ORG Music label, and is presented with a black-and-white booklet called “Scribbles and Scrawls”, featuring illustrated lyrics, photos and an essay.
